Greendale Construction Limited is a medium sized general building contractor based in Poole. The company succeeds by maintaining its original philosophy of constructing highest quality work, combined with good value and completion on time.

We are proficient in all aspects of the construction field and undertake new build, refurbishment, conservation work, repairs, maintenance and special works. In commercial properties we specialise in carrying out refurbishment/fit out works in operational situations. We operate within a 100mile radius of our Poole Office. Most of our works are situated within the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch conurbation.

Our workforce currently stands at 50 directly employed staff and our anticipated turnover for 2008 is going to be in circa 7m. Our projects value from £100,000 up to £4.5m.

In 1992 Greendale’s were proud to be awarded Chartered Building Company Status and is a founder member of the scheme. In 2003 we achieved the Investors In People accreditation. We have been awarded six “Master Builder of The Year” awards for projects and apprentices
